The Sensory Garden at the End of Life Care Hub in Creswick is taking shape.
A massive effort by David Poole and the combined Poole and Riske families has resulted in a transformation you have to see to believe.
There is still work to do - so if you would like to paint a fence, do some planting or donate something in memory of a loved one - contact us.
The Shannon's Bridge Team would like to thank everyone for their support and to everyone who has donated time, energy, items or money - this entire project is possible because of donations. There is no funding for this work, just passionate people which is much more powerful.
